Yoga, natura e guarigione nell’isola del risveglio

Immagina cinque giorni sospesi tra terra, acqua, fuoco, aria ed etere — giorni in cui il tempo rallenta, il corpo si apre, la mente si placa e la tua essenza si ricorda.
A pochi passi dal mare, nella magia silenziosa di Ibiza, ti invito a un ritiro di rinascita: cinque notti e cinque giorni con yoga, sound healing e connessione profonda con natura, elementi e comunità.

Perché “5 Elementi”

​

Perché tutto è energia. Nel corpo, nella terra, nell’acqua, nel vento che accarezza la pelle e nel silenzio che riempie l’anima.
Tornare ai 5 elementi significa tornare alla nostra origine. Significa risvegliare armonia, trovare equilibrio, sentirsi intere.
Questo ritiro è uno spazio sacro per riconnetterti — con te stessa, con la natura, con la ciclicità del vivere.

Ogni giorno lavoreremo con uno dei 5 elementi — per risvegliare una qualità diversa dentro di te:

  • Terra: radicamento, stabilità, presenza nel corpo.

  • Acqua: fluidità, emozioni, rilascio.

  • Fuoco: energia, trasformazione, potere interiore.

  • Aria: respiro, espansione, leggerezza.

  • Etere: ascolto, intuizione, connessione sottile.

Alla mattina e al tramonto praticheremo yoga; durante il giorno, potremo esplorare l’isola, camminare fino al mare, immergerci nella natura, partecipare a sessioni di sound healing.
